Emily's Wedding Cake

I was so thrilled when my dear friend, Merrell, told me that her son was getting married. Luckily, I knew I already had the perfect gift!

Emily and Gary were married in Emily's hometown, and her reception was in the stockyards. It was full of Ft. Worth character and charm. I believe there are also videos of my girls, Maddie and Sydney, singing some karaoke.... I can't wait to use those to embarass them one day!

This 3-tier cake was chocolate batter with raspberry buttercream on the bottom, and classic butter cake with raspberry buttercream for the top 2 tiers. The white fondant was accented with royal frosting beads, and her colors really popped against the cake.
